I have not been called to the wisdom of this world but to a God who is calling out to me. And, even though the world may think I'm losing touch with reality; it would be crazy to choose this world over eternity.

Ah man,
I'm so tired, but I can't make myself go to sleep.

I'm STILL writing down Bible scriptures. I've been doing this since last Monday (10/10). I thought I would be done by now.

Oh wait, I forgot. It doesn't matter if I'm finished, because God is not. Since His will is my will, I guess that means I'm not finished either.

Has anyone else ever noticed how creepy Perry Mason's theme music is? Ahh, the things you realize at 3 a.m.

Please keep Amber in your prayers. You know, Amber, my ex-roomie. Oh? What's that? I didnt tell you that she moved out. Oh! Well, she did. Yep, sure did. Anyway, she had to go to the hospital today. She called the ambulance herself to come and pick her up. She decided she was in so much pain that she couldn't wait for someone to get there to pick her up. I don't blame her, I would have done the same thing. You know your body's pain limit, and once it exceeds that I'm all for the paramedics and emergency room.

Turns out she has kidney stones. Yes, stones, as in plural. Good news would be that one is already in her bladder. Bad news is that there's a lot more of those little guys floating around in her kidneys. That's comforting, right? Yeah, exactly, no. They've got her drugged out of her mind, but other than that she seems to be doing a lot better. I for one could not imagine something like that coming out of my.., well, you know. Eek.

The point is all prayers would be appreciated.

Arm is itching.
Stupid mosquitos.

So, what's up with this bird flu thing going around? I'm so not eating turkey on Thanksgiving.

My toenails are beige. I painted them and they are sexy. Although I can't figure out why that was worth mentioning. Hmm.. I should probably delete it.

Eh, changed my mind. Apparently it was worth mentioning at the time I wrote it so it's staying.

I'm really tired if you can't tell.
I promise I'm not going insane.

K, that's all folks.
Goodnight!

I want you all to think about this really hard. It's probably one of the greatest songs ever.

I present to you, "Student Driver" by Stellar Kart. Fab!

Two hands on the wheel of my fate
And sweat running down my forehead.
Cars passing me like we’re in a race
I don’t know what danger lies ahead

Cause' I’m just a student driver
And I need your help to guide me.
Cause'  on my own I’m nothing.

Looks the road ahead might be rough to take
Oh no I spun out of control.
Good thing my passenger has a brake
And he knows exactly where to go

Cause' I’m just a student driver
And I need your help to guide me.
Cause'  on my own I’m nothing.

Now my right wheel is rubbing off
And my stereo is broke.
But because I’m a student driver
This car is not my own.

Cause' I’m just a student driver
And I need your help to guide me.
Cause'  on my own I’m nothing.

Church has been awesome.
Camp Meeting was amazing. God moved so much.

I can't wait to write and tell everyone about everything that happened, but I don't really have the time right now. All I know is that God is doing a new thing in my life. He's placed me at a new foundation for me to build up.

I'm really struggling, guys, pray for me.
All I can say is that I feel so alone. I know that God is with me always, but I'm feeling very alone fleshly like. I feel that for my ministry to kick off the way that God wants me to succeed in it, then I need my ministry partner *aka* my soulmate. He's not here, and it seems as if everyone elses is.

I'm just really upset and tired of feeling alone.
All prayers and advice would be greatly appreciated and accepted.

I love you all and I'll be back later on tonight!

Blessings,
Erika

My life sum'd up in one quote.

I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy. The most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.

That statement couldn't be any more true.

I'm leaving today.

I should be back some time before Sunday, but if I'm not I'll just see you all whenever. I haven't been updating because life is constantly on a run basis. I've got so much to do within the next 2-3 weeks that it isn't even funny.

I love you all and I'll see you soon.

Thorns on His head; spear in His side. Yet it was a heartache that made Him cry. He gave His life so you would understand. Is there any way you could say no to this man?

If Christ was standing here face full of glory and eyes full of tears, and He held out His arms and His nail print hands. Is there any way you could say no to this man?

How could you look in His tear staind eyes knowing it's you He's thinking of? Could you tell Him you're not ready to give Him your life? Could you say you don't think you need His love?

Jesus is here with His arms opened wide. You can see Him with your heart if you'll stop looking with your eyes. He's left it up to you. He's done all that He can. Is there any way you could say no to this man?

Thorns on His head; your life in His hands. Is there any way you could say no to this man?

Do we really crucify Jesus all over again?

"The Dart Test"
"A young lady named Sally, relates an experience she had in a seminary class, given by her teacher, Dr. Smith. She says that Dr. Smith was known for his elaborate object lessons.

One particular day, Sally walked into the seminary and knew they were in for a fun day.

On the wall was a big target and on a nearby table were many darts. Dr. Smith told the students to draw a picture of someone that they disliked or someone who had made them angry, and he would allow them to throw darts at the person's picture.

Sally's friend drew a picture of who had stolen her boyfriend. Another friend drew a picture of his little brother. Sally drew a picture of a
former friend, putting a great deal of detail into her drawing, even drawing pimples on the face. Sally was pleased with the overall effect she had achieved.

The class lined up and began throwing darts. Some of the students threw their darts with such force that their targets were ripping apart. Sally looked forward to her turn, and was filled with disappointment when Dr. Smith, because of time limits, asked the students to return to their seats. As Sally sat thinking about how angry she was because she didn't have a chance to throw any darts at her target. Dr. Smith began removing the target from the wall.

Underneath the target was a picture of Jesus. A hush fell over the room as each student viewed the mangled picture of Jesus; holes and jagged marks covered His face and His eyes were pierced.

Dr. Smith said only these words.... "In as much as ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto Me." -Matthew 25:40.

No other words were necessary; the tears filled eyes of the students focused only on the picture of Christ. "

Think about it.
It's so easy to forget W.W.J.D and stray into the path of the flesh. If this be the case it would seem that we crucify Jesus all over again all of the time. Maybe we should take "What would Jesus do" and turn it into "Walk with Jesus daily" instead of "War with Jesus daily"

What side are we really on?
Are we really all fully-dedicated to God as we think we are?

I know this opened up my eyes and made me realize a lot. I hope it does the same for all of you.

Will you all please pray for the following:

One of my closest friend's, Ashley, lives down by the beach in Texas and the hurricane is supposed to hit close to where she lives.

Other names are,
Ashley, Linda, Melissa, David, Alyssa, Matthew, Devan and her family, Jennifer, Kenny, Brittany, Amy, Chelsea, and Nathen.

God, please just make this hurricane die out before it gets to shore. We need no more devastation from it. I ask you to either kill it off or send it back out into the sea so it can just fade away. I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
